Melissa serves as the founder and principal consultant for Cognitive Solutions. She has 20 years of behavioral health and human services provider, management, consulting, technology, and business development experience.
Melissa’s passion aligns with the triple aim of healthcare:

- Reducing costs and improving efficiencies

- Leading West Coast business development for a premier behavioral health technology firm
- Solution Design Consultant for behavioral health and human services technology company
- Program Manager directing operations and clinical activities for a community mental health center (CMHC)
She has worked with many behavioral health and human services organizations across inpatient, residential, outpatient, and community-based care and treatment settings.
Melissa earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Management from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Washington University.
